The food as fish bought by us fresh for market reasons and for raw preparations have undergone a treatment of preventive cleaning by vacuum-freezing and 

killing at -20° and subsequent freezing, in accordance with the requirement of Reg. (CE) 853/2004 Annex III, Section VII, Chapter 3, point D, point 3. 


Our preparations contain the following allergens: Cereals containing gluten, Eggs, Milk and all derivates products, Nuts, Fresh fruit, Citrus fruits, Fish, Mollu scs, Crustaceans, Sesame seeds, Soya and derivatives, Mustard, Spices, Vegetables: Chilli, Aromatic herbs, Celery, Onion, Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Pumpkin Seed Oil, also may contain Sulfur Dioxide and Sulfites. 


Being an artisan activity it is not guaranteed that there is no contamination of different allergens used, so: We recommend to communicate any intole rances and allergies at the time of booking or at least during the order time.
